BREAKING NEWS! AUSTIN FORKNER TO RACE 2023 MILLVILLE NATIONAL

We didn’t expect this! Austin Forkner will be back under the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki tent this weekend at Spring Creek for the 2023 Millville National, his first race back since he tore his knee injury at the Anaheim 1 Supercross. Austin crashed off the start for the Main Event, which means that Round 7 of the Pro Motocross series is basically his first race of the season.

The 2023 Pro Motocross Championship started off as a Lawrence show in both classes and that theme continues in the 450MX class, but the 250MX points chase has recently been shaken up as Hunter Lawrence has suffered two DNF finishes. One at Red Bud in Moto 2 (due to his first turn crash) and one at Southwick in Moto 1, when his bike blew up in the latter stages of the race. Now, Haiden Deegan has the red plate with Hunter Lawrence trailing by five points.

In his off time, Austin has been making videos for his own Youtube channel and he has started training with Ryan Hughes. Ryno has had him focusing heavily on the fundamentals of technique and they’ve been sharing it online via social media.
